What? A power set that I actually use? Well, yes... I use the Fire powerset on my Blue Devil toon (I've actually been asked in world why I wasn't using fire on this toon (when he was spec'd for earth)). At the time, the fire power set was somewhat weak (imo), but seems to be a bit better after a few revamps. Thus, I'm posting the next in Obsidian Chill's "DCUO In-Depth" power set reviews, will obviously be fire. Once again, a great overview, and do enjoy!
