I know its been a while since I've posted, but I'm looking to return to some basic updates, including the new powerset I'm using, water.  Once you get the hang of it, its a fun time, and it seems like there are a ton of effective variant loadouts for it as well. 

I've added RealGamingS's really nice loadout for both single melee and ranged target for the Water powerset.  Well, back to gaming, so catch up with you later on!

DCUO: Updated Water In-Depth Guide (Might & Precision) & Mera, Queen of the Seas

Currently working on a few new entry/categories for the blog, but wanted to keep up with the updated power guides in the meantime.  During the BOP metahuman fight, I decided to make and scale up a water-based character... making this the perfect time to add the water update!  Yes, once again headed over to Mr. Obsidian Chills invaluable channel for more guidance...

Also added a be more on Mera, Queen of the Seas.  For a second, I considered adding some Amber Heard (the RL train wreck that played Mera in the Aquaman movie), but I'll just leave this entry with some amazing Mera artwork from two fantastic artists - Mr. P. DCUO In-Depth: Water Powerset (DPS/Healer)

Continuing with the power set reviews, I'm adding the healer power set to the mix!  I'm not a big healer guy, but I do have a toon with water powers.  I do really enjoy the graphics, and at some point I may return to it at some point... but for now, please enjoy OC's in-depth guide!

Actually had someone in-world ask why I have so many female supers, when a male super is better know for a role (e.g. why I went with Mera instead of Aquaman, for example).  Frankly, I prefer to see artwork with nice looking ladies... as opposed to some guy.  So, posted a few of Mera today, and will keep posting on the ladies (and the associated artists).  See you in-world!

As if there wasn't sufficient reason to consider eyeing the water powerset, with Atlantis just a few months away, but the new Aquaman trailer dropped yesterday, and it looks amazing!  I was wondering if it would have the depressing and overused "edgy and dark" DC trope so many DC movies have, but... it doesn't.  Looks like a good superhero flick... so take a gander below at it - see you in-world!

(For the heck of it, I've also added a Water DPS loadout below as well - just one more enticement to migrate your power set!)
