DCUO In-Depth: Updated Sorcery DPS/Healer (2020)!

Mr. Obsidian Chill recently posted an updated sorcery loadout, which works out nicely as I'm in the process of leveling up a sorcery toon.  My current loadout is alright, but I'm still getting used to working ranged attacks (used to melee tank, so it's new to me).  Still, getting the hang of sorcery, and looking forward to maximizing load outs.

Keeping an eye on the league, and I'll post more on that soon.  Short observation, I'm getting the feeling that it is on the decline, going from a high in the mid-200s for membership, to the low-90s currently.  Keeping an eye on it, and my Blue Devil toon will remain in the league, but... it's just part of the league cycles.  Well, until next time, and see you in-world!

DCUO In-Depth: Mental Power Set (and Raven!)

As I fight off the travails of RL (especially after a very appropriate Friday the 13th), I'm back to post, including the latest of my post (via Obsidian Chill) on DCUO Power Sets!  Today's offering is the Mental power set.  Not a flashy as other powers, as of this writing it is still effective as a DPS (though not as much as a controller set).  Worth a try, so watch the video below, and consider a mental mind set...

Didn't really think of Raven as a "mental" character, but more of a "magic" character.  That being said, I ran with Obsidian Chill's intro with Raven, and posted her as the "face" of mental powers... see you in-world!

I recall part of a chat while in-world asking for a good DPS rotation for Quantum, so I figured I'd post the latest Quantum DPS loadout, which also includes a good controller loadout as well.  You may note there are a plethora of DCUO YouTubers, but Obsidian Chill is by far one of my favorites for his direct analysis of damage inflection and power use, as well as logical explinations for his use of powers and rotations.  As such, back to the triple-crown weekend grind - see you in-world!
